IFA Administrator Sheffield £18,000 to £21,000 p.a. + benefits Benefits include a 5% employer pension contribution, Perkbox and free parking. Excellent opportunity to progress your career as IFA Administrator in well established, Sheffield based Wealth Management Company The Role As experienced IFA Administrator you will be responsible for all general administration. You will ensure that documents / business is compliant to FCA requirements & documented accurately, and maintain the client contact management system. Responsibilities include: producing letters & reports accurately / preparation of mail shots & annual reviews preparation of research for paraplanners / client valuations placing & selling investments online preparation of new appointment packs / keeping diary up-to-date liaising with providers for policy information and keeping client informed management of ad hoc projects as required / responding to client enquiries The Company Our client is a well-established, privately owned Financial Management company which provides bespoke Wealth Management Services including Discretionary Investment Portfolios and Pensions advice. A sister company produces Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, Probate Administration, Trusts, as well as personal and trust & estates tax returns, offering clients a complete in-house service. This provides a unique selling point. The company's administration team and paraplanners provide full back office support along with marketing and compliance assistance. The Person As IFA Administrator you will have relevant experience in a similar role and excellent knowledge of office procedures. Knowledge of the IFA sales process is essential. In addition you will have: high level of numeracy / literacy / business admin. skills ability to work under pressure / to deadlines ability to multi-task / prioritise work load experience of computer systems such as Word, Excel, Client contact systems, PowerPoint Financial Planning Certificates ( or willingness to study for these ) If you wish to be considered for the role of IFA Administrator, please forward your CV quoting reference 282906A.
