The Role As the Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and supporting Elevation Recruitment Group's Learning and Development strategy in line with the Groups' overall strategic objectives. You will play a key role in developing, coordinating and administering substantial and sustained support to maximise overall success in conjunction with the Leadership Team and the Head of Talent. This will include involvement in delivering Elevation's induction training regime, which is "best-in-class" to all new recruits across the Group. As an ambitious and encouraging business, staff development is key. To influence this you will assist in the production of constructive feedback for the directors / leadership team, to help them with on-going training, development and overall employee engagement. You will also conduct one-to-one coaching with consultants on sales, interviewing techniques, candidate management & control, negotiation and time management to develop them in becoming future leaders within the business. The Person We would love to speak to professionals who can demonstrate the following skills: - Previous recruitment experience or experience of training within the recruitment sector Demonstrable experience of producing recruitment training materials and presenting recruitment training courses, which have made a positive contribution to an organisation's operations Experience working with competencies and performance measures Improving performance through training must be part of your DNA An engaging, interactive and interesting delivery style Skilled influencer Pro-active and resourceful approach Excellent communication skills are essential Excellent presentation style Very strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent team player with a hands-on approach Ability to work calmly under pressure If you would like to explore the possibility of working at Elevation and discuss our career opportunities confidentially please don't hesitate to contact Sarah Mounsey on 07841 913 635 or
