Trainee Business Sales Consultant - Motor Trade
TRAINEE MOTOR TRADE BUSINESS SALES CONSULTANT
We are looking to expand our Business Sales Team at our dealership near Tonbridge with a trainee Sales Consultant who can take pride in bringing our brand values to life, and ensure all customers enjoy the best possible experience.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual with some experience in a customer centric role.
You will be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering a great customer experience combined with a genuine interest in Cars, and the tenacity to continue to grow your skills and knowledge.
You will need to form effective working relationships within both sales and aftersales departments as well as customers. Our Team goal is to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction as possible in all areas.
Your role will be to support the Business Sales team as follows:
·Working in conjunction with the Business Sales Manager to develop strong relationships with the local business community by tirelessly promoting the vehicles and services provided by us.
·Providing business customers with specific and relevant information about our Cars including funding options and quotations.
·Planning and performing product presentations to business customers including test drives.
·Planning, managing and carrying out customer handovers of their new car.
·Carrying out vehicle appraisals and checking in new cars.
·Arranging demonstrations for customers.
As a Trainee Business Sales Consultant, confident communication skills are key: face-to-face, on the phone and in the digital environment.
Alongside a generous basic salary of £18,000 you can also earn bonuses that could take your income up to £20,000 per annum. In addition you will also be eligible for a company car with a fuel allowance. You will receive 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) per annum and this will increase to 30 days after 2 year’s continuous service.
