Job Title; Payroll and HR Consultant (6 months contract)

Location; Manchester City Centre

We are looking to talk to HR Consultants who can also manage a Payroll - or a Payroll Manager who has also worked to consult within HR!!

Our Client is based North of Manchester City Centre and can offer flexible start and finish times - this however is a full time role.

During the length of the contract you will act as the first point of contact for Internal Stakeholders - Line Managers / Employees and also External Stakeholders - APS Select Pay Bureau Payroll.

You need to be a character who can plan and manage their own workload. You will need to be aware of delivery deadlines and KPI targets.

You will have sole responsibility for;

    thorough checking of Payroll Data received from the external Bureauyou will need to be robust in challenging errors and getting prompt resolutions in line with Payroll deadlinesyou will need to manage Maternity Schedules and ensure Payments / Deductions etc are in line with Legislationonce received from the Bureau you will be responsible for the final check of Payslips before distributingoffer a range of HR support and guidance to Line Managers
This role will be initially offered on a 6 months contract - which will be reviewed.
