An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Legal Secretary to join a well established law firm in the city centre.

-Preparation of any legal documentation required throughout the conveyancing process
-Responsible for maintaining and ensuring all records are kept up to date
-Type up legal documents accurately and efficiently
-Answer the telephone and deal with any issues
-Strict diary management of any appointments liaising with all necessary parties where needed
-General administrative duties as and where necessary
-Audio and copy typing

-Must have previous experience within a similar role
-Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Previous experience of audio and copy typing to a high standard
-Experience of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
