Associate Director - Rights of Light Specialist

The Opportunity
You have the opportunity to join a well-established consultancy in their London office. Working across multiple sectors, primarily in the High-End Residential and Commercial sectors and more, you will be exposed to an exciting variation of projects.
They are currently seeking an Associate Director to join their neighbourly matters team. This company is continuously praised for the training and development structure they have in place for each and every member that joins them, this is evident from there low turnover rate.

The Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for: -
*Assist the Director in carrying our business goals
*Managing the relationship with existing and new key clients
*Oversee and mentor the junior members of the team
*Generate new business for the Rights of Light team in order to maintain growth within the business

The Key Requirements
As an Associate Director, you will:
*Have a relevant qualification, e.g. BSc in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
*MRICS qualified (at least 3 years PQE) - essential
*Experience of managing and communicating with clients.
*Have experience managing your own projects or schemes independently
*Extensive Rights of Light experience - essential

Remuneration Package
As the successful Associate Director - Rights of Light, you will receive:
Between £70,000 + package per annum depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus scheme and benefits package.
