Position: Customer Sales/Retentions Advisor
Location: Wantage (OX12)
Salary: £17,000 per annum (£24,000 OTE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a vibrant business in Wantage, Oxfordshire who are seeking a hungry salesperson to join their vastly expanding business. This opportunity would suit an entry-level applicant to join as an Customer Retentions Advisor with a view to longer-term growth. Whilst experience is merely desirable, personality outweighs sales experience! Equally, a genuine interest in forging a career within sales is of foremost importance to your longer-term success.

The team is a tight unit who combine a strong work ethic alongside office humour therefore an individual who is easy going, able to forge close relations with clients and colleagues respectively is vital to the overall success.

As part of the Retentions Team, you will be tasked with generating business by way of reintroducing existing customers through LinkedIn, email, calls or face to face meetings (where appropriate). Whilst this opportunity is sales oriented, ultimately a huge personality, genuine sense of humour, friendly smile and a friendly telephone manner and the ability to push through a sale is of foremost importance.

The White & Black Barns of the Oxfordshire office are in a wonderful location about 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of Wantage. Set in a great location, of two neighbouring office buildings house the Marketing and Web team and New Business Sales.

From the friendly Web Team that deal with customer enquiries, sales, web chat and all things social media, to the brand and marketing team who are focused on helping current and potential customers understand the message shared is a passionate one.
