CLINICAL LEAD / DEPUTY MANAGER RGN / RMN
Clayton Nursing is seeking a Deputy Care Manager (RGN / RMN) to work in our clients 30-40bedded unit offering Nursing, Residential and Respite Care for older people. The home is rated Good by CQC and are finalists in the impending UK Care Awards 2017.

You will have a proven track record of working with older people, preferably in a nursing home setting, delivering the highest standards of care, excellent clinical skills and meticulous attention to detail with a good knowledge of CQC standards and regulations. Your knowledge and outstanding communication skills will ensure that you maintain effective relationships with staff, residents, visitors and members of the multi-disciplinary team. You will be passionate about learning and reflective in your own practice.
