Stafforce Recruitment are looking for a Business System Administrator to join an expanding business based in Bradford.

The role is to maintain and support the MAM Autopart ERP system that is used throughout the UK operations. Focus will primarily be on MAM Autopart systems but Kerridge K8 is also used in the group of companies.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a system used across our 160 sites throughout the country.

You will work within the IT Helpdesk team based at my clients head office in Bradford.

Strong organisation and an attention to detail are both necessary skills in this role. You should have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users, ranging from Sales staff to Product Manager.

Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly, efficiently and keeps pace with the rapid growth of our business.


IT Helpdesk – assist users with queries they raise through our IT helpdesk ticketing system.

Configure software and hardware relating to the MAM system.

Set up accounts and workstations.

Import and export data from the system.

Carry out checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Troubleshoot issues and outages.

Carry out ad-hoc support to equipment such as printers and barcode scanners.

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.


Experience of MAM Autopart would be advantageous.

Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN).

Familiarity with various Windows operating systems and platforms.

Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.

Excellent communication skills.

An understanding of SQL is desirable.

This is full time Monday to Friday 8.00-16.30 but occasionally may require working 7.00-17.30.
