CHEF DE PARTIE (SAUCIER) - AWARD WINNING - 7 SHIFTS PER WEEK
This popular fine dining restaurant, which is part of a constantly expanding, award winning restaurant group, is seeking the talents of an experienced Chef De Partie to join its stable brigade. You will be creating fine British/European cuisine using only the freshest seasonal produce and the menu changes regularly. You must have experience within a very high standard fine dining environment, preferably of 1/2 AA Rosette standards.
As a Chef De Partie you will have the responsibility of running the sauce section as well as the supervision and training of the junior chefs. You will also be given the opportunity to learn all the aspects of running a kitchen which would be beneficial as your career progresses. Along with yearly bonuses and other great benefits, an excellent salary package of £25,000 per annum for 7 shifts per week is available for the right Chef De Partie.
