Sellick Partnership are assisting in the recruitment of a Finance Manager to join the senior management team in a large construction company based in Leeds.
The position requires close interaction with the Managing Director of 2 of our operating businesses and Regional Finance Director, it is therefore vital that candidates understand and have a strong strategic grasp of the business environment to assist in business development and planning.
The successful candidate will add value to the business being actively involved, providing valuable input and advice on key business decisions, on a day to day basis. You must be able to fully understand the risks confronting the business in the current climate and be aware of opportunities as they arise.
The successful candidate will have past and proven experience of leadership and people skills to manage and lead a small finance team and ensure all team members contribute to their full potential within a busy high volume environment.
You will have highly developed communication skills both oral and written and be fully conversant with Microsoft office.
