We have been voted by The Times as the “Top Small Company to Work for” in the UK, and have received awards from the BESMAs and The National Sales Awards for the quality of our services within the sales industry. As part of our planned growth we are now seeking a confident and engaging relationship builder to focus on the account development, on behalf of our Executive Division, specialising in senior sales professionals.

This position may suit a field based Trainee Account Executive or 360 Trainee Recruitment Consultant who is ready for their next challenge to be part of this growing team and exciting phase of our business expansion. 

The Role:

- As the sales-focused Graduate Account Manager for Pareto Executive, you will be the face of the division both internally and externally with clients
- Develop new business sales opportunities via our sales channel and direct with the end-user
- Follow up on warm leads provided by the channel
- Establish, nurture and close business with existing client relationships (internally and with external clients) through strong account management.
- Manage and develop your own territory
- Train and develop the channel sales team on our Executive services, to give them the necessary skills to open doors for you
- Work to and achieve or exceed set targets.
- Networking with both candidates and clients, in face to face meetings and through social media interaction to generate further new business opportunities

The key skills and background for the Graduate Account Manager includes:

- A background in a client facing position within recruitment, professional services or training would be ideal, but is not essential
- The gravitas to be able to work at ‘C’ Level
- Excellent networking skills
- A proven track record of achieving set goals
- A successful track record of generating and closing business
- Previous experience of meeting targets and adapting practice to improve results
