Project Administration - Sales Support
Project administration and campaign management to help with the coordination and management of asset raises on behalf of their clients.
The role would predominantly encompass the management of the firm’s client relationship management system (Salesforce), responding to enquiries from the firm’s clients (predominantly asset managers) and providing feedback to such clients regarding the status of asset raises and specific investor demand, coordinating client roadshows and ensuring the smooth running of the asset raising process (especially as this relates to coordinate with the firm’s clients).
The role will report to the one of the firm’s co-owners in London.
- Intimate knowledge of Salesforce and have worked on a project management team in Europe for a placement agent (private equity or real estate), or in a direct real estate or private equity firm.
- Knowledge of European or Global client activity in the space.
- Ambition to transition into a client facing role would be an advantage.
- Given the fast pace and evolution of the business, an ability to work in a fast-moving environment is essential.
