Client Account Manager - About You:

  • Minimum of 12 months exposure to selling technology solutions or services
  • Good phone skills / experience of selling over the phone to end users
  • Confident with the ability to forge strong working relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of new business and ability to retain customers and cross sell additional products services
  • Strong closing skills
  • Strong qualifying skills
  • Previous experience within a reseller advantageous with examples of clients wins

Client Account Manager - About The Role:

You will be joining an already established sales team and support in the growth of our company by securing and developing business opportunities with organisations by way of proactive out bound sales. Key Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Daily identification, nurturing and closing of new sales opportunities within a defined account base
  • Constantly build a sustainable pipeline of both run-rate and larger, bid opportunities
  • Continuously engaging with our customers
  • Recruit and Retained new and lapsed clients
  • Selling complete range Hardware, Software and services
  • Cross Sell & UP Sell into accounts and look for additional streams of revenue
