Your aim is to enable each child to succeed within education due to the bespoke intervention sessions you provide. To be considered for this role you will have previous experience of supporting young people and possess a natural aptitude for working in education, specifically SEN. You will need to be both patient and adaptable in your approach to supporting young people and you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills. Your flexible approach to dealing with the demands of this support role will allow you to gain as much as you can from this great new position.
