You will help shape and drive key strategic opportunities identified that will create business value in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Having implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service and Microsoft Customer Portal, we are seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to help us to take the platform to the next level. You`ll be part of the decision-making process which will see us expanding the range of systems we connect to and implement new requirements. You will design and develop Dynamics CRM application code, implement technical solutions, and configure Dynamics in different environments in response to business problems.

To meet the requirements of the business, you will propose the design and architecture of the application or its components, investigate and propose appropriate technologies, create re-usable frameworks and drive standardisation where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and facilitate the development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for improvements in MS Dynamics 2016-365, MS Portals and APIs.
- Develop, test, document, deploy and support high quality business solutions, new features and applications.
- Create new workflows, plugins and/or processes to support the Customer Support teams.
- Supporting the development of integration services from existing systems into the CRM architecture.
- Advising on CRM maintenance, security and migrations.
- Documenting the solutions and producing deployment notes and test scripts.
- Building the specified solutions to a high quality on the Dynamics CRM platform.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 2016-365, ideally Microsoft Certified.
- Experience of implementing Dynamics in a technical support or customer service environment would be an advantage.
- Ability to extend CRM with C# plugins and Custom Workflows
- Strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM; C#, JavaScript, VSTS
- Good understanding of front end fundamentals HTML/HTML5 and CSS3
- Expertise in full life cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies and self-managing teams
- Integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems and third-party enterprise applications
- Strong Experience of software QA processes and automated unit testing
- Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
