Our client a leader in their industry is seeking to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for understanding the complex marketing needs of the company’s business and product sets, for writing and publishing a clear marketing strategy and creating the action plan behind this.  This is a hands-on role and you will also be responsible for delivering the actions within the plan and measuring the Return on Investment of key activities

Key duties include:
• Create clear Return on Investment Measures to ensure that actions are accretive
• Produce marketing collateral to support the company’s sales channel
• Identify and brief an agency to deliver a branding strategy for the company
• Establish alternative resources that are accretive and implement in line with the plan
• Create a clear CRM strategy to improve data quality and integrated communications
• Responsible for developing go to market plans for new product launches and working closely with the operations and development teams
• Ensure there is an individual marketing plan for the launch of any new products and services and that there is specific budget assigned or it falls within budget
• Take responsibility for the marketing budget and ensure that all activity is approved through the relevant sign off processes and is within the budget

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in delivering highly successful marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C markets and leveraging all the power of social media and SEO.
• Extensive experience in social media channels, agency management, online marketing as well as budget and business case development. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain collaborative work relationships at all levels.
