We are pleased to present a new instruction with a new client who are among the UK’s fastest growing B2B creative marketing agencies.

Based in Oxfordshire, they are seeking to secure the services of an Account Director, who has exposure of working within an agency environment, and who also have great creative flair and a strong desire to succeed.

We need the Account Directors to love the full marketing mix, create and lead client programmes that will exceed expectations and provide great ROI.

You will be the focal presence within your accounts; onsite with clients as often as possible building and nurturing long lasting relationships and driving successful delivery of projects.

You will manage all elements of a successful account including:

  • Client briefs
  • Proposals
  • Internal resource
  • The creative process
  • The production produces
  • Timelines
  • Budgets/Financial planning
  • Cross selling and identify opportunities to grow accounts
  • Managing and developing your team members
  • Attending networking and industry events

You must have client experience led approach to enable account growth and create opportunities.

As a leading member of the account management team you will be able to liaise with clients on a ongoing basis from junior roles to boardroom to deliver campaigns and solve problems.

Your natural proactive approach will help us present and sell in proposals but also spot opportunities to help our clients with ways to expand, create or execute campaigns.

Skills

  • Experience in delivering integrated campaigns from strategy to execution
  • Expertise in inbound marketing, automation systems, content syndication and social amplification o People management/delegation skills
  • Vast experience of managing multiple projects from a b2b or integrated agency
  • A track record of growing accounts
  • The ability to forge and establish new client account relationships
  • Dynamic, outgoing personality with strong drive to deliver/succeed
  • Understand the full marketing mix
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
