About the role
iPLATO are looking for a capable experienced Trainer with prior experience of working within an IT component.
Initially your main role will be to ensure all our new customers are trained accordingly to the company standards during the service launch in an effective, seamless and process driven manner than ensures our customers gain the major benefit from our product.
Secondly, it will be to ensure customers are trained on new features and benefits as our service evolves. You should be organised, methodical and creative in approach with a strong resilience and understanding of how to enable change within public bodies. You will be training a wide range of staff from Administrators and Practice Managers to GPs, and providing them with tools and the ability to run our system once you finish delivery. A majority of the training will be by phone but you may need to run classroom training sessions on site.
You will be part of the Sales Team reporting to the Training Manager, and you will work with the Account Managers and Product Support teams. You will be based from our Hammersmith office in London but be responsible for customers across the UK.
You must be able to demonstrate personal achievement versus objectives. The company is based in Hammersmith in London, however this role might require limited field based activity during launches.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Prior training experience with an IT component is desireable
• IT literate with knowledge of Cloud based IT solutions
• Good Microsoft office package knowledge, especially Excel.
• Great communicator, with excellent phone manner and clarity and experience of working in a role with daily telephone work.
