Assistant Pensions Integration Manager


£30-36k + car allowance + benefits + pension + 23 days holiday

Multi award-winning organisation and one of the largest Employee Benefits consultancies in the UK is now looking for an Assistant Pensions Integration Manager to join their team in Sheffield. The purpose of the role is to provide support and advice to clients in providing options and solutions for all pensions.

The candidate will undertake Due Diligence for complex acquisitions and TUPE transfers and preparing reports for review, in addition to overseeing the transfer of new business onto appropriate systems on a monthly basis. Furthermore this position involves managing a workload of the team to ensure all projects are nearing completion with monthly team meetings and providing appropriate updates to the pension’s director. Finally the role will ensure compliance with Auto-Enrolment legislation including seeking approval of non- standard solutions and overseeing the implementation onto Orbit.

The successful candidate will have experience of DB Pensions and Hybrid Schemes within a consultancy environment, with being able to understand and explain risks associated with overseas arrangements. In addition the candidate will have experience delivering presentations to clients and have strong technical skills with the APMI qualification highly desirable
