As a KS2 Teaching Assistant you will work alongside the class teacher; observing outstanding teaching, whilst you deliver your own interventions and targeted support sessions to pupils. You will begin to adapt planning and use your excellent core subject knowledge to deliver inspiring and creative group sessions.
You would be liaising with the class teacher to develop accelerated reading and grammar with pupils to ensure all students are given the full support they deserve, whilst boosting their development.
The requirements for this role would be to possess strong academic background and demonstrate clear and concise written and spoken communication skills. You must have a determined personality in order to make an impact on the students learning. You should be considering a career in Education and be eager to learn about the profession whilst ensuring students are reaching their full potential.
