Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + benefits + commission

Vivio are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to act as an intermediary between the company and our clients to ensure that the client’s need for information, support, assistance and reports is met. Experience in a PA type role would be beneficial and the successful candidate must have a strong commercial background within customer service/administration and be highly proficient and organised.

Duties involved in this role will include:-

  • Develop relationships within existing clients

  • Identify new opportunities

  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times

  • Liaising F2F to identify and manage the methods of improving quality, standards and service to meet client needs

  • Manage customer feedback appropriately

In order to be considered for this role, candidates must have the following:-

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Have a flexible and can do attitude

  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work unsupervised

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • High-level professional communication

  • Knowledge of IT skills and systems

  • Ability to work within a demanding environment and meet deadlines

This is an Office Based/attending F2F meetings role and a full UK driving license is required
