Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

Location: Corby, Northamptonshire

Hours: 8.30am - 17.00pm Monday - Friday

Salary: Dependent on Experience + realistic, achievable bonus scheme

Our well established Corby based client has a new and exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join their busy, successful team as they are currently expanding. The successful candidate will be proactive and driven to succeed. This role offers a real opportunity to progress with a 2 year development plan into External Sales (for the right candidate). With great potential for on target earnings and other bonuses.

Brief duties:

- Liaising with existing and prospect customers

- Be proactive in sales appointment generation

o Searching for appropriate leads using a dedicated database

o Contacting potential clients

o Appointment setting

- Handle inbound sales enquires both via email, website and the telephone

- Act as back up for Sales Administrators in order processing duties

- Dealing with both Export and UK sales enquiries

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be confident and comfortable with making outbound calls and taking inbound enquiries. You will be a sales minded individual who has a genuine interest within a career in Sales. The successful candidates will be a "go-getter" and have the ability to achieve targets. You will also require a good level of numeracy as you will be dealing with price lists, quotations, standard discounts and working to margins.
