IT and Business Application Support Manager
My client are the global experts in the delivery of IBM Marketing Technology products and solutions to clients in UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America and provide professional services from solution design, implementation and a technical support service
They are looking for an. IT and Business Applications Support Manager to manage a team of 5 who provide a 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support service to external clients on SaaS and on-premise IBM Marketing Technology systems. There are plans to grow the team to 10 over the next year or so.
- line mangement of the team
- Hiring and onboarding of the team
- coaching, mentoring and upskilling team
- point of escalation for clients
- development of internal processes and improving service levels provided
- The role is NOT hands on providing technical support
- Must have experience of leading a support team
- Provding an IT support service to external clients
- Coaching and mentoring
- demonstrted where they have made improvements in servcie levels to clients
The role is based in Bradford, paying up to £55,000 plus excellent benefits and a bonus.
