Digital Intranet and Channels Manager

A Top Tier Corporate Bank based in Canary Wharf is currently looking for a Digital Intranet Manager for their Channels and Innovation team. This role holder will be responsible for end to end Channel Management. Owning channel development across SharePoint, CQ5 sites, Seenit and Video. As well as this you will be expected to measure the effectiveness of each of the channels you develop and come up with innovative ideas to develop existing channels such as the intranet, video, face to face, podcasts, and magazines. Salary between; £40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits and bonus

Role responsibilities;

  • Provide technical expertise on SharePoint, CQ5 sites, Seenit, Video development and the automation of team processes
  • Run sound governance, processes, tools and templates to support the effective delivery of communications across the front line teams
  • Work with the internal technical teams to ensure that channels being developed effectively
  • Drive digital agenda taking into consideration the diverse audience
  • Stakeholder manage external agencies to ensure the right deliverables and outcomes achieved
  • Continuously evaluate the reach, efficiency and effectiveness of channels in achieving internal communication strategic objectives
  • Develop and apply appropriate channel activity measurement for each business team
  • Ensure colleagues are sighted on key external trends and are engaged to look at how we can constantly innovate our communication approaches
  • Provide expert insight in developing existing channels (including intranet, video, e-zines, face-to-face channels, podcasts, social walls, magazines etc), innovate new ones and constantly review the channels mix to ensure we are delivering an effective communications experience for colleagues
  • Manage and evolve a full range of high quality internal communication channels, content and processes
  • Keep abreast of where online communication channels are going in the future and energised to bring this insight to the role to drive improvements
  • Manage the development of innovative and creative internal communications channels encompassing digital, paper, visual, audio and social media experience for colleagues
