World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to manage a number of workstreams to deliver a rebranding transition to align the interests of a new B2C and existing B2B business, covering brand visual identity, digital architecture, communications alignment, key B2B customer management plan, process for alignment of regulatory, external and internal messaging, customer service centre cross-business customer policies.
The prime focus of this role is to support the rebranding of a consumer business in New Energies and manage the transition to align with existing B2B businesses.
The New Energies group is focused on leading in the energy transition towards a low-carbon future through power / electrification, supporting our aim to power progress together through more and cleaner energy solutions.
Achieving the balance of integration of a newly acquired business vs maintaining (& protecting) a fast paced entrepreneurial culture.
This project requires rapid decision making to deliver a launch programme, and yet requires interfacing with both new and the more established businesses with different culture and priorities.
- Able to demonstrate experience in brands, B2C and B2B communications and B2C digital implementation
- Strong project management experience: able to manage projects in matrix organisations with multiple complex stakeholders to achieve decisions and stick to pre-defined deadlines. Highly organized and process oriented.
- Change management experience: strong ability to create and manage process in new areas, and comfortable with ambiguity and change and strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of energy retailing / power business or exposure to Connected Energy related technologies is also an advantage
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
