This position is required to grow top line sales at assigned stores within geographic territory through implementing sales/marketing programs, training activities, service and merchandising responsibilities. The store count will range based on geography and store volume. Store count ranges between 5-10 stores, average territory contains 7 stores.

Your role will be to establish strong selling relationships with store associates, store management and other customer contacts along with contiously promoting and representing the brand and product strengths to store teams, customers and contractors highlighting competitive advantage and competitor’s weaknesses. Ensuring in store activations and business activity are executed successfully in each store you will prepare performance summaries to the Regional Manager of Sales performance, Training, Business Directed Activity and In Store Activations monthly that meet or exceed goals.

Conducting product knowledge training sessions for all Store teams you will ensure they are up to date on equipment, in Store Excellence and maintenance. i.e. tinting machines. You will Identify opportunities in service by upselling and maximizing resources at store level by reviewing all products on shelf to ensure they are fully stocked and properly displayed.

Successful candidates will be educated to A level standard or equivalent coupled with a least 3 years work experience within a customer Service, Sales, Marketing or other Business related field. With strong organisational and communication skills you will confident in Budget management and profit and Loss statements. Previous coatings/paint experience would be an advantage however not essential.

A driving licence is essential for this role along with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
