We are currently looking for an excellent Co-ordinator to join us to provide essential support to the Settlement Agreement Unit in our Plymouth office.
You will be responsible for the data entry and upkeep for settlement agreements as they are processed, as well as file opening and management of settlement agreement files on a daily basis. You will provide support to Executives processing settlement agreements and field settlement agreement telephone calls. Ensuring that settlement agreements matters are concluded correctly, as well as being fully responsible for credit control when advice is concluded.
In addition to sound administrative skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, this position requires a good understanding of the procedures of the department, the team and the firm as a whole, together with an ability to make appropriate decisions to organise and plan work, and use the equipment provided to the highest standard.

Exceptional organisational skills
Strong IT skills particularly with using case management systems
