Cherry Professional are currently recruiting for a Payroll Team Leader based in the Lincolnshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really develop their skill set within a fast paced and forward thinking company,


As well as being responsible for managing a thriving team, you will also have hands on experience having worked both weekly and monthly payrolls, as well as benefits and pensions.
Liaising with HMRC to ensure compliance is followed
Management of benefits and pensions - ensuring compliance is met as well as updating any changes in legislation
Calculating monthly and annual accruals for bonuses and holidays
Ensuring salary sacrifice schemes and process and recorded correctly
P11d, PSA and P60 preparation
Management and administration of the apprenticeship levy,

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience of managing a Payroll Team
Administration of Benefits
Benefits reporting on P11ds and PSAs
Pension administration and reconciliation
Experience of working with multiple companies and group companies
