An academy in Middlesbrough have asked me to recruit a dynamic teacher of boys PE (Physical Education). The role would be full-time and would begin in September and run until Christmas in the first instance, with a view to being extended. The role has come about due to a staff resignation.

It is essential you can teach practical and theoretical PE (Physical Education) to KS3 and KS4. It is desirable that you are happy to immerse yourself in the academy's extra-curricular programme. The academy is well-resourced and benefits from modern facilities, in order to complement your teaching ability. The department are a high-performing department covering a range of sports. The academy will support NQT induction, allocating you a mentor within the academy.

The academy are open to applications from Newly-Qualified Teachers (NQTs), as well as experienced teachers.

To be considered for the position of PE (Physical Education) teacher you must:

*Have experience teaching PE / Sport
*Ensure that the students have a positive experience
*Prepare, deliver and assess student work
*Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification
