CUSTOMER SUCCESS/APPLICATIONS MANAGER

Adecco are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established expanding company based in Macclesfield, for a Customer Success/Applications Manager role. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join a great administrative team within a growing company. This company is a fee-free online mortgage broker that makes comparing and buying mortgages quick and convenient. They bridge the gap between traditional brokers, who often charge a fee, and established price comparison websites which don’t provide any advice. They have successfully combined expert advice and cutting-edge AI technology, so customers can buy complex financial products online and are an ever-expanding company.

Duties will include –

- Support the admin team with their main responsibility of submitting new mortgage applications on behalf of our customers and advisers

- Manage your own caseload of mortgage applications, ensuring they progress to completion accurately, efficiently, and in line with company standards

- Work closely and effectively with mortgage advisers to enable the best possible outcome for our customers

- Ensure you gather feedback (good and bad) so they can continue to refine and improve their products & service

- Keep an open mind towards challenging processes and procedures, suggesting new ways to deliver an even better experience for you colleagues and customers alike

- Continue to build and develop our relationships with key lenders and solicitors on the panel.

Candidates Must –

* Have experience working within a mortgaging role/company
* Be flexible
* Have great customer service experience
* Be able to prioritise own workload and work to deadlines
* Have excellent communication and listening skills.

Hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with occasional weekend work if needed.

Annual Salary - £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience plus 25 days of holiday
