Mortgage administrator, Macclesfield paying up to £22K
Your new company
Financial services company based in Macclesfield recruiting for administrators within their mortgages team to support the customers journey. They are a lively and vibrant office looking for a like minded indvidual. Working shift patterns Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.
Your new role
You will responsible for managing the relationship between the customers and the business as they progress through their mortgage application.
Managing your own caseload
First point of contact
Supporting the advisers in the administration around the applications.
Chasing customers for additional details
Liaising with internal and external teams
What you'll need to succeed
Applicants must have knowledge in mortgages
Previous administrative experience
Excellent customer service experience
Ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines
Proactive and willingness to learn
