PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Management of the relevant mailboxes

Liaising with the business to gather the necessary information

Drafting responses to the various requests for information

Completion of requests within the relevant statutory timescales

Providing support and guidance to the business in matters relating to the above legislation

PERSON REQUIREMENT: COMPETENCIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word

Ability to prioritise workload based on a number of criteria

Able to work unsupervised to achieve required deadlines

PERSON REQUIREMENT: QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

Good standard of education, with high levels of literacy, ideally 'A' level or equivalent

A knowledge of the above legislation, together with an understanding of how they impact businesses

Experience of corresponding with customers, enquirers, and third parties by a variety of mediums

Ability to communicate to all levels of the business, including directors
