MONDAY - FRIDAY 8:30 - 5:30

THE OPPORTUNITY

My client has been established for over 10 years and due to company growth are now seeking a new team member - You must have some exposure to the Payroll Industry. They are a nationwide organistion and are continuing to grow from strength to strength. They offer excellent benefits package and truly value their staff.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for handling a portfolio of clients
  • Liaising with clients throughout their payroll process replying to queries by phone or email
  • Processing the payroll from start to finish within the set timeframes, and in line with HMRC regulations including RTI
  • Processing Auto Enrolment
  • Administrative duties
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Other ad-hoc duties

SKILLS

  • Experience of Sage software preferred
  • Auto enrolment experience preferred
  • Knowledge of current statutory legislation
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Flexible for end of month deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Client service skills
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Team player
