Repairs Coordinator

£22,000 - £25,000 DOE

1 Year – 18 Month FTC


Key Responsibilities:

To process customer returns after receipt through to agreement of a repair price and returning of the goodsTo issue quotations to customers taking due consideration of internal policies, procedures and authorisation limitsTo understand and interpret the customers’ requirements, including quality, delivery, packaging etc. and ensure that these requirements are reflected throughout the product repair cycleTo process customer orders onto the MRP system after liaison with production to ensure an achievable delivery date is givenTo issue order acknowledgements to the customer which accurately reflect the company’s conditions of acceptanceTo handle customer order enquiries in a responsive and professional mannerTo pro-actively inform the customer of any changes during the repairs process that may impact upon the agreed delivery criteria, including the delivery dateTo assist in the expediting of information to ensure that the customers’ requirements are metTo produce the required release and dispatch paperwork, ensuring that these reflect the customers’ requirements as stated on the original orderTo compile and issue regular order status reports, as agreed with customersOn major accounts, regularly reconcile the MRP order book with the customers’ own view of demandTo participate in periodic reviews with Customers as requiredTo carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Repairs ManagerExpectations:

Maintain awareness and attend training courses as applicable for the purpose of company and self-developmentAssist in the provision of information, staff training and technical instruction as appropriateTo question and where necessary challenge constructively any instruction believed not to be in the best interest of the Company or its customersTo satisfy the expectations and requirements of your primary customersTo work with your suppliers to ensure the correct delivery of your requirementsTo carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Repairs Manager or Head of OperationsTo continuously improve the accuracy and relevance of all operations associated data/information with the aim of meeting customers’ expectations and minimising waste
