Oakleaf Partnership are representing a global business based in Central London, looking to hire a Global Head of Reward.

This will initially be a standalone role, with headcount for an additional two heads to report into you. Previously management experience will be desirable. You will be responsible for developing a market leading and relevant total reward strategy on a global scale. Your role will cover all aspects of Compensation, benefits, pensions and global mobility.

You will be inheriting an already impressive reward agenda, developed from the current incumbent, and you will be expected to own the continual development of this platform as well as create and implement new initiatives. As this will be a global role, you will also be expected to have a proven track record of operating at a truly international level. Our client is growing substantially across the APAC regions and therefore experience of operating in this area is advantageous. This role will require you to appreciate the varying demands/legal constraints for different geographies.

As part of this position, you will also have ownership of the reward budget for the organisation and also be the prime interface for REMCO. You therefore ideally will have previous experience of presenting at REMCO meetings with a clear ability to influence. You will be a visible, global reward expert and as such be expected to have solid, senior stakeholder management skills. You will be facing off to the Executive board and other senior level individuals which will require technical excellence in the total reward space as well as a credible and professional approach.

Our client is expanding globally and as such the global mobility aspects to the role is likely to also increase. An understanding of this field is important.
