I am recruiting on behalf of a legal 500 firm who are looking to hire an EL/PL Team Leader to their offices based in Manchester. Competitive salary paying up to £42K.

My client is one of the largest leading law firms within the UK who are looking to recruit a EL/PL Team Leader due to their continued growth and expansion. Working for this forward-thinking firm, there is a pleasant working environment along with opportunities for progression and development.

As Team Leader, your main responsibility will be to manage a team of 6 EL/PL fee earners as well as 2 legal assistants who run their own caseload of EL/PL fast track files. As manager of this team you will be expected to set KPIs/targets, train and develop the team all while offering continuous support to each of your team members.

Successful candidates will have very strong experience of working within EL/PL personal injury. Ideally the firm are looking someone who has previous experience of team management however this is not essential but would be extremely beneficiary. Applications are welcome from candidates who have an extensive career within EL/PL and demonstrate a desire to move into a management position.

This is an exciting chance to join a thriving and ambitious legal firm whose focus is to corner the market by providing the highest standard in legal and complimentary services to all their clients. Law degrees are desirable but not essential.
