Based in Coventry, my client primary school is keen to recruit two Graduate Learning Support Assistants for the start of the new academic year in September. The school, a two form entry primary, is looking for exceptional graduates that are able to support learning across the key stages in numeracy and literacy.

Located just to the south of Coventry this averaged sized primary school benefits from a diverse mix of pupils, a warm caring and friendly atmosphere and a team of dedicated teaching and support staff. The school is easily reached via excellent public transport links from most parts of the city.

The head has transformed this learning establishment in to a school the local community are proud of and proud to send their children to. She has made dramatic changes to the way the curriculum is delivered and to the feel and atmosphere inside the school. By actively involving parents and developing strong links with their community the whole school has seen huge benefits to all involved.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will be tasked, primarily, with adding numeracy at Key Stage 2. In addition you will be expected to provide support to class teachers in all aspects of curriculum delivery. Candidates will be expected to support both the high and low achievers in school, and will be working and supporting the gifted and talented, as well as pupils who require support to obtain the required attainment levels.

If you’re a graduate and would welcome the opportunity to support primary pupils with numeracy at Key stage 2 then please email a copy of your CV to Eamon Malin at EduStaff today!.

Please note: due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted
