THE ROLE

We are seeking a PRINCIPAL TOWN PLANNER or Senior Town Planner with 3 years or more experience for the Senior role and 6 years or more experience for the Principal role to join our client in their South East London office.

You will be Degree qualified and also must be MRTPI qualified.

THE CLIENT

Our client is a specialist firm of Chartered Town Planners with several offices in the U.K. They do a wide range of duties for both public and private sector clients.

Our client is expanding and seeking people at various levels.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be either a Senior Town Planner or a Principal Town Planner with a relevant Degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Planning & Development or similar relevant degree and you must be chartered, MRTPI qualified.

You will deal with all aspects of twon planning consultancy for many major clients across the South East and South West.

Our client works on a good range of services including:- Planning Appraisals & Advice, Certificates of Lawfulness, Pre-Applications Submissions, Heritage work, Planning Applications and Appleals, Strategic Development Planning, other Development Consents, Enforcement, Public engagement, CIL/Section 106 obligations, Environmental Assessment etc.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and are able to work without supervision.

You will be joining a small team with an established client based but in a new office location.

A full UK driving licence and own car is essential.

Salary in the range of £30000 to £40000 for the Senior Planner role and £40000 to £50000 for the Principal Level role plus pension contribution, health insurance, dental cover, optical cover, critical illness cover, death in service benefit etc.
