IT Helpdesk Support Analyst

What will this role of IT Helpdesk Support Analyst entail?
Reporting to the IT Manager, as IT Helpdesk Support Analyst, you’ll be
working as part of a professional technical support team, providing first
line support for a variety of issues to colleagues across stores
nationwide, as well as the support office in Llandudno. Your duties will
include, although not be limited to:
* Providing helpdesk support and development for all IT related
equipment including desktops, laptops, servers,LANand WAN used both
on and off site
* Installing and maintaining hardware and software
* Troubleshooting the bespoke CRM system and office PC’s
* Logging and acting upon all calls logged within the IT helpdesk
ticketing system
* Managing data backups and software updates
* Working closely with the IT Manager to ensure IT infrastructure is in
place for new store openings
What will I need to be considered for this IT Helpdesk Support Analyst
vacancy?
* Proven experience of troubleshooting a wide range of network,
hardware and software issues
* Excellent IT skills, with good working knowledge of IT administration
(preferably CRM based)
* Self-motivation with ability to work as part of a team and on own
initiative where appropriate
* Superb problem-solving and organisation skills, with ability to
effectively prioritise work methodically and in a timely manner
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop good
working relationships with stakeholders across the business
* Energetic with an enthusiastic approach to work
* Flexibility towards tasks and hours, with the ability to adapt to a
fast-paced and challenging role
What will I receive in return?
Salary: £15,500 per annum
Attractive Benefits: Up to 18% annual bonus, Boots discount card (after 6
months probationary period), pension scheme, life assurance cover, health
cash plan, childcare voucher scheme, long service awards, and annual
leave entitlement starting at 20 days rising with length of service
increments to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays.
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, working on a rotational basis between
8am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 4:30pm on weekends
