Deputy Service Manager

With community-based residential care settings, as well as a network of supported living services, we support adults over the age of 18 with autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and behaviours that challenge. We also offer a range of residential and nursing care settings for older people with varying levels of need.
This is a great opportunity for an exceptional manager experienced in working with individuals with Autism and complex needs and in leading a team to shape and develop the service strategy, and inspire the staff team to provide the highest quality person-centred support.
The successful candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of CQC standards and associated regulations and exceptional nursing, leadership and organisational skills.
