Online Customer Experience Manager (CRM) - Luxury FashionMy luxury fashion client are looking for an online customer experience manager to work with their growing ecommerce and CRM team based in central London.As the online customer experience manager you will be responsible for driving customer-centric strategy, focusing on brand loyalty, customer segmentation, personalisation and long-term customer profitability. You will look at continuously improving key customer journeys in the digital space with a rich content approach to support the evolving brand vision and ambitious growth targets. You will be reporting into the global ecommerce manager and be responsible for driving and implementing the online customer experience strategy taking an overaching approach to the digital channels in order to maximise performance. You will be looking at increasing customer lifescycle value, develop customer loyalty programs ad tailor campaign journeys in line with the promotional calendar using trading/product knowledge to ensure campaigns are commercially driven, relevant and targeted.To apply for this role you must have experience in CRM with strong understanding of customer databases, you should have the ability to influence, to ensure CRM becomes further embedded into the brands culture and you must have capability to understand how to optimise which channel for what customer experience to improve overall experience.
