We are looking for a bright and passionate graduate who has at least received a 2:1 in your degree and has the ability to organise and overcome challenging situations. You must possess the ability and drive to care for all pupils in this school and the qualities of a positive role model.

As a Literacy Teaching Assistant your duties will include helping to keep mainstream classes disruption free by running small intervention groups for pupils who, whether due to their particularly low or high ability, are not reaching their potential. Part of your role will include making use of the brilliant department resources available including soft play areas which are continuously updated by the school. The department has some fantastic classroom facilities and a substantial ICT facilities.
