Sous chef - Buckinghamshire
Our client is looking for experienced chefs to join their brigade in the Buckinghamshire area.
- The kitchen does not have a specific hierarchy, but everyone works on the same level, with the same pay.
- Everyone is equal, there is no kicking down (other than from the head chef!) everyone has an equally important role to play.
- The head chef is a very easy person to work with, who is passionate about what she does, and looks after her team.
- You will have a minimum of 1 year's experience at Sous chef level or be a highly experienced Senior CDP looking to progress to the next level and face a new challenge.
All food is prepared from scratch with their own on-site butcher, this is real grassroots cooking with modern but unfussy techniques that get the best from the ingredients.
