Graduate Teaching Assistant required in High Wycombe!

At Teaching Personnel, we work with a number of SEN and Behaviour Client Schools who are actively seeking proactive Teaching Assistants to fill short-term, long-term and day-to-day supply positions. In this highly rewarding role, you will be working alongside Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to provide children with the necessary support to ensure their progress.

To succeed in this position, you will need to be;

-Committed to supporting children's learning

-Able to communicate effectively with both children and co-workers

-Have high expectations of all pupils

-Have strong numerical and literacy skills with a minimum of Grade C at GCSE level

-Able to adapt according to the needs of individual children

Previous experience of working in a school or other educational environment is beneficial, but not essential. The School are keen for Graduates to gain experience in their School!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
