Account Manager - Serviced Apartments
SITU are an ambitious and fast-growing Serviced Accommodation Agency, providing high quality serviced apartments for UK and International Business. They manage a network of apartments across the UK, helping companies house their staff who are working away on assignments or relocating with their job role. They provide a long term and more personal solution to living in a hotel but with the same level of customer care and satisfaction.
The account management team is looking to hire a new Account Manager to take over a portfolio of existing clients specialising in relocation packages. You will be looking after these blue chip clients, helping employees and their families relocate to the UK with high levels of customer service.
Retention and development of these clients is absolutely essential and therefore speed, professionalism, product knowledge and accuracy are the key to success. You will be responsible for processing all new reservations using a bespoke on-line tool. An eye-for-detail is essential for this part of the job. As your reputation for impeccable customer service grows with your existing clients, the level of bookings will also grow, allowing you to achieve bonus and commission.
The job would suit someone who is ambitious, goal orientated and reward driven. A background in Business to Business sales, Corporate Customer Service or Account Management would be advantageous. Applicants should be self-motivated, confident, organised, well presented and highly engaged in creating opportunities.
Key Skills/Requirements :
- Experience in Hotel, Leisure, Hospitality or Accommodation bookings
- Stable work history
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Impeccable phone manner
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency in thorough internet desk research
- Ability to work in a team and co-operate with others
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and care to work undertaken
- Strong organisational skills and time management
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Experience in an Account Management role
