Job Title: Business Improvement Manager - Decision Systems
Location: Leeds
Salary: up to £50,000 + bonus & benefits

Our client specialises in debt purchasing and is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK. They are looking for an experienced Decision Systems Manager to join their Business Improvement team at their head office based in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Accountability for the decision management system change process, ensuring all changes are adequately documented and tested as part of BAU or project changes.
  • Engage with IT to ensure oversight of changes in the Eclipse product, ensuring all changes operate as intended.
  • Accountability for the DMS support, ensuring strategies are operating as intended.
  • Performance reporting, ensuring the DMS is delivering as per the agreed key metrics.
Key Requirements:
  • Extensive exposure to testing functions and a strong background in system support.
  • Change management experience would be ideal as you will be expected to manage both BAU and project changes from inception, design and implementation.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential – the successful candidate will engage with Senior Stakeholders to assess and understand the impact of system changes across the business.
  • Basic SQL experience is essential
