The Senior Principal Project Manager will manage on behalf of the Corporation, and be responsible for, the execution and successful delivery of major projects ensuring construction excellence within a planned/ prescribed timescale and agreed budget. As the Lead Project Manager, you will manage major schemes from feasibility and brief development through to completion. This is a diverse role ranging from adaptations to grade listed heritage buildings through to modern cutting edge new builds.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large scale, technically complex projects in a client side or client’s consultant role. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and collaborative communication style. Strong technical skills are essential as it is expected that candidates will be adept at managing all stages of the project lifecycle from briefing and design development through to procurement and construction delivery.
