Sales and Business Development Executive - Corporate Sector

An exciting opportunity is available for the right individual to join this training centers team and help build the work they do within their corporate markets. The successful candidate will be proactive in finding potential clients, an expert in building relationships and trust, and someone who thrives in a self-motivated and target driven environment.

They are offering a very competitive basic salary depending on your previous relevant experience of between £18,000 and £24,000, plus an attractive commission structure, annual bonus, profit share, health cover and company pension. Commission earnings in year 1 should be no less than £5,000 but completely uncapped and in line with your performance.

It will be your job as BDE to complete the full sales process including building new relationships, account managing clients and achieve monthly and annual sales targets. The successful candidate will be someone who lives and breathes all of their five company values in everything he/she does both in and out of work, someone who is presentable, has enthusiasm for phone calls and definitely someone who fits with a very creative, sociable and energetic working environment. The geography in which you will operate varies therefore the ability and willingness to travel is essential, but ultimately you will be in control of your own diary.

Experience in B2B sales, account management and telesales are all essential… and direct experience with corporate sales would be an advantage.
