Main Purpose of Learning Content Manager Role:

This position is a key role in AMT's operations as, managing a team of up to five people, the Materials Manager is responsible for managing the creation of AMT course materials in a strategic, efficient and effective manner - including online course materials.

You will be responsible for the timely delivery of course materials to clients globally. This includes online materials as well as printed binders and publications. You will also oversee quality control for all materials production to ensure that AMT's materials are regarded as best in class.

You will manage a team of up to five people based in AMT's London offices. You will coordinate with all of AMT's internal stakeholders, including client service managers, the scheduling team, instructors and also suppliers. Note that the role involves coordination across different time zones given AMT's offices in New York and Hong Kong.

Together with the subject matter experts, you will coordinate ongoing development of new materials. You will review current processes so that they best fit the current demands, and will recommend improvements to AMT's management team.

Skills and Experience Required:

The person in this Learning Content Manager role:

You must have experience in a materials production team, including at least two years in a team head capacity. The successful applicant will:

The skills required:

  • Education to A-level or equivalent; degree level education desirable
  • Good English language skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel, and generally speaking, strong IT skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
